Oh lol. I interpreted it like this: Hyun Woo gets 'killed' and was reborn into Do Jun's body in the past. Then after Do Jun got killed, Hyun Woo's soul/conciousness returned to his original body. And the actions Hyun Woo had taken when he was in Do Jun's body remain valid.
That's my interpretation anyways, but I must say I'm terribly disappointed with the ending. ;-;

It wasn't just a dream. He was both of them. The one glaring plothole here is how does the Do Jun family and female lead not recognise how HW and DJ look the same.
