The script was written as bl I have only watched until episode 12 it's borderline bl The thing about this drama is it was produced on 2018 and was suppose to be out on 2019 but for many reasons it didn't and I think we all know 2019 censorship was very strict and one of the lead is policeman and China is very strict when it comes to police. You can try watch 1st few episodes and the cuts scene than you can judge.

Not many people are probably not aware of this but the original script BL drama Killer and Healer based on the Chinese Republican Era is currently airing. The main pair is a Policeman and a Doctor. It's sad that there is no promotion for this drama and WOH is literally dominating so many people are not aware of it. Give this drama a chance!
