I'm sure she was treated badly, even Bai Lin said that way. Not just her, Xi Xuan would also be treated badly. Even though Xi Xuan was a son of Heavenly Emperor, I felt like his position was lower than other sons, probably received same treatment like Runyu from Ashes of Love got.
