Even though I wanted more episodes I feel they were still able to tell a whole story. But a second season would be amazing because I doubt they will be able to get over their issues just getting being together. It would be great to see them navigate their problems together

Omg its only 5 episodes! I’m depressed now, I’ve been enjoying this show a lot. But even though I’m enjoying it, you’re right it’s enough to tell the story

Even knowing all of this I still think It was dumb of him to go. We know he just went to talk to talk to Le ge but he should have a plan, he should make sure he is there and not the other guy who he knows is unstable. And we saw the scene where Le ge basically shut that guy down and wasn’t interested in looking for Qian. So xy just made things worse.

Yes he finds out who his family is but it’s short and not an important part of the story.

I keep seeing the assistant in almost all IG posts but I never considered him having that big of a role in the series. I wonder if he will have more to do in the final episode?

It’s not the same, the novel has a lot of other storylines and characters. But as far as the love story they do get together and it’s a happy ending.
