Dropped in middle of episode 1 twice. But I keep hearing good thing about this drama and continue with it. I am glad I continue on.. I cant stop after episode 3.

I would say one of the best rendition of novel adaptation as well as chinese modern drama.
Not much of cliche (e.g. love hate pretentious banter, accidental fall or kiss, luck, etc) and stick to the reality. Many things to learn from the lead interactions (either to each other or to other character). Simple and yet fulfilling.
I love how imperfect they are that perfect for each other. I love how the novel and drama ends and show how their love and life mature over the years. How they sacrifice for each other. And at the end, I guess YuTu got what his ideal woman afterall, the woman that can work hard together with him and support him in her own way.
The King's Avatar is purely about gaming. There is not romance or nor hint of romance in that drama. For YAMG,…
Lookimg at your preference.. I think you may not like this drama. I suppose you like TKA because of the esport and friendship bit. For YAMG you wont see much of gaming after ep 14. I suggest you finish til 14 to see the result of their training. If you are into romance then you can try to continue.
