Fully agree. As much as I enyojed part 2 (not bad, really) I still do feel part 1 was so much better in soooo…
Thank you for the feedback. It was an enjoyable drama indeed. I wish we could have gotten more from part 2, but overall it was worth the watch. Like you said, in my heart and mind JSM was the star of part 1. I wish she could have been in part 2.
Let me preface this - I am grown, and when I watch a show, I know what I like and don't like. We are entitled to our own opinion, and I understand that we will see things differently. I respect others' opinions but do not belittle my opinion because you disagree with me.
I like AOS, period. I think it was a good drama overall. However, for me, Part 1 (9.5/10) was way better than part 2 (7/10). I felt more chemistry between the leads in part 1 than in part 2. Part 2 was too ambiguous and convoluted; things did not make sense.
The story flowed better in part 1, and JSM was simply outstanding. Her story was better, and her depiction of her roles carried the show. Also, she had a better connection with Jang UK; I could feel their love/chemistry without all the kissing.
The new female was not bad, I felt bad for her. She did not get to show her acting depth in part 2.
It's been quiet lately. According to earlier reports, they should start right after Chinese New Year, that is,…
Hi Janecshia, thank you for your response. It saddens me to hear this, but everything you said above is true. I hope the production crew gets their acts together to complete filming next year.
What! Just noticed that….it used to say Naksu/Mu Duk!And having So Min in the guest role was a good indication…
Vera, You and I are both on the same page. It’s her character and her interactions with Jang Uk that also drew me in . For me all of that added to her charm 😊 and made season 1.
Naksu may be more elegant and of that, but can she own the screen ? I guess we will find out soon.

Vera, Truthfully speaking I like Mudeok’s character . I really like the chemistry she had with Jang Uk. I like her facial expressions; her charming smile and quirkiness. Can Naksu duplicate or enhance that chemistry? It’s a lot to ask from her.
Is this drama worth watching? I personally like Historical/ Sageuks KDrama with not too much romance. I like poignant stories with embedded romance. Should I try this drama? Some of my favorite Kdramas:
Red Sleeve The Crowned Clown My Country The Rebel who stole the people's heart
Am I the only one that like Mudeok? I love her facial expression/attitude. I also like her connection with the main character. Will the chemistry be the same with Naksu?

Just my 2 cents.
