Pran did take the initiative to ask Ink if he liked Pat. He knew what DENYING he liked Ink meant. Then he waited to get his chat Id in ep 1. He just wasn't sure about Pat's feelings. So considering his circumstances , he did NOTHING would not be a fair statement. Pat's flirting always gave him hopes. But then his hopes came crashing down soon after.
