Her brother drowning can still be explained if it has anything to do with Eun Seong or his mother (as their story has not yet concluded), or not as they already said it was an accident and what's more to be explained about her uncle or the miscarriage? Sure, they can expand more on those plot points and they probably will, especially with the uncle, as he will most probably help them in getting the company back, but even if they don't, how are they "unresolved"?

Did the villain problems get resolved before that last 2 episodes in Vincenzo or Flower of Evil? They didn't, so why are you so fixated on that here? Why should this drama have fully dealt with the antagonists since episode 14?
