I usually pick up on red flag behavior but I didn't really sense anything big from this male lead character. Do…
It was a combination of things. Two things that stood out for me where when he purchased the apartment near the studio and the surprise wedding photoshoot. To me it didn't come off as romantic or sweet because I got the vibe that he was making decisions for her given how unbalanced their relationship with her being a diehard fan (I have beef with the writers about that) the age gap and the fact that she can't even win an argument against him. There were also little things throughout that he did that may seem as him being considerate and caring but they were very calculated and because he knew it would work out in his favour. All of this normally wouldn't be a big deal in most other shows I think but in this show in particular it feels like a pretty big issue.
Lol, I'm well aware I'm probably in the minority but this show has stuck with me and I've been looking past all of the fluffiness and picking up on certain things 😅
The more I think about this drama, the more irritated I feel. I gave this an 8/10 because it was a feel good drama and low angst etc. but the last couple of eps just made it very clear that the relationship is completely unbalanced and now every time I think about this drama all I can think about is how if all the things ML did didn't conveniently work out in the FLs favour, he'd be the biggest red flag ML.
Halfway through ep 36. The writer really was on a mission to kill them all off. I'm not mad at th way they died: QZ protecting the emperor (ever the loyal soldier to the end), SL died a hero and that YL's heart gave out. All of this makes sense and stays true to their characters but it still hurts. I didn't think YL's death would have hurt me the way it did even though i'd already been spoiled.
A few episodes back when they were showing LTG trying to rush into the fire to get to RR there were three people holding him back. Tell if I'm wrong but when they zoomed into one of the guys, it looked like NYZ?

I doubt she's dead since there's a few scenes from trailers and bts clips that hasn't happened yet.
