Kdrama team might make it better with less episodes.
There were only 40 episodes and maybe they could have wrapped up everything within 32 episodes but 24 epi are way too less for a slice of life drama with a concept like this.

Title The Untamed
I watched the first episode and I didnā€™t like the ghost/demon things and how theyā€™ve done them. I love Xianxia…
The ghost aspect will continue to be there in the whole drama but don't worry, you will find a lot more interesting parts. Also, some parts seemed comical to me as well, i just chose to focus on better parts.

I was enjoying this in the beginning but the second half had nothing except the leads being helpless all the time and trying to save each other by sacrificing themselves. Sure, it was very emotional and touching at first but it became annoying tbh. I somehow finished it but i wished it was like a 12-epi drama.
