Bittersweet imo. Its indicating that ML is dead. If you look at the final shot he is standing on the side of everyone who is dead and theyre all holding firecrackers. While everyone alive isnt.
The final dialogue is FL saying "In the third month, the early spring, the snow begins to melt, but another heavy snowfall begins."
I think its saying the ML died 3 months later. If you look at that final shot ML is standing on the side with everyone who has passed away and they are holding a firecracker while everyone alive isnt.
On episode 11 now and Seri and Beom Su have the best chemistry imo even though its nothing romantic yet. ML and FL hasnt gotten to that point yet so its hard to gage since its more so a tense relationship.

I know in Mr. Queen, if I remember correctly didnt the king and queen already fall in love b4 the series began I remember how they pointed that out in one of those extra episodes.

Its really not that deep. There is no blood relation they didnt grow up togther the dad is dead so that severs whatever connection of relation the couldve had..... If they grew up as siblings then the circumstances would be different. Its a drama let them play it out however they want to.

He hets the lock removed early. Im past ep. 15 now and the parent thing hasnt been brought up. I think he may know already based on how he feels about the elders.
