Totally agree! Her mother definitely uses the wrong methods to teach her, if she approached CSS like her third aunt did, with kindness she would have learned so much already.

There are times when I understand why CSSā€™s mother is so annoyed and disappointed in her. CSS is very immature and self centered, has no concept of the real world which is not her fault. Of course I imagine thatā€™s the point, to highlight her growth and development.

I honestly wish she would stand up to her mom just a little more, I understand she wants to have a relationship with her, but she sometimes lets her guard down, and her mom has already made it very clear that she dislikes her and is not interested.
