The dude was on his way to prison but Juseok stopped the bus with a fire truck and tried to kill him but Motak arrived. He was sent to prison where he tried to kill himself but an evil spirit entered him. He tried fighting but at the court scene, it looked like he accepted it. Based on next ep preview, he did.
