I don't think the problem lies in shipping the actors irl haha it's more like "I think my fave is being mistreated, this show svcks". I agree some ppl are unnecessarily rude. We can either ignore them or call them out. But I don't think the comment section will ever be completely free of petty comments, we should choose our fights.
