I'm assuming Qian Cheng found out she was a villain by either William or his brother telling him.
I think its also possible bcox i just think back that he refuse to treat his trauma bcox of this that he did not want to believe yi lan is villain...so that why is drama still consider cliffhanger...so many question mark at my head now... 😅😅😅
