I remember when she stared with xukai it was also the same. I don't hate her but I kinda understand what some people mean. It's not that she doesn't know how to act just that her facial expressions, well I don't know how to explain this. Ok take eg Zhao lusi, Bai Lu, dilraba or even Zhao L when they get angry, sad happy their expressions are easy to spot now hers is different. Body language is also crucial in acting. Her expressions are like that drama you can't fast forward or you might miss something important so if you don't pay attention you will miss.
