I beg to differ. This is my first time watch a Victoria drama, actually I didn't know her before and I watched it because Ding Yu Xi but I must say this drama doesn't suit her and the age gap is visible despite the makeup. Not to say she can't act but this one it just doesn't suit her.

She doe look older, maybe to those who are used to her acting don't see it but someone like me who's watching her drama for the first time it is noticeable not to mention that in the drama she is three years older. I don't know much about her acting but to me this role is not suitable for her. Not every sprinter can be a long distance runner and not every striker can be a defender. The characters in the double be it main leads or supporting characters mingled thus making a good drama while here they are all over the place.

Although this drama is focused on BR only it also shows some parts which also help those who watched TBOY when it got released like how you can't be involved with some from blood river or the boy who inherited the sword box

True am one of those whose not fully enjoying it. Am watching it because of DYX. He does have some funny expression and footwalk. My problem lies with the FL despite the make she does look older than the ML, I find her not suitable for the character. If it was Jackie Li , Wang Ying Lu, dilraba or even Zhao lusi to name a few maybe to me it would have been a perfect match.
