As much as l would like to watch this one in peace I don't think I will be able to stop myself trying to check who's who with characters from TBOY and DY.

The ML looks younger than his age.

So writers decided to shift the illusion thing from the drama to us audience. Can't really describe this as a HE though ML all his life carrying the sin of the baize family and eventually died saving everyone. Hope in 2025 there won't be too much of these drama endings.

Someone mentioned that the man who appears in the FL dream is the villian and that's what is happening.

They just made the whole characters dumb. From the emperor to his people.

This is the first drama where I wish ML can just live a lone life his life is hanging on. FL is something else. She was ok but now she is worse.

Ep 22 today and you are right the FL is kinda brainless. Hanging on because of the ML. ML has suffered I even wish for him to just die and rest.

Hero is back has some painting arc but I think it's towards the end of the drama. ML was looking for his mother who disappeared years ago, while other two friends were searching for answers. They had to go through the paint and a villian tried to trap them inside the painting.
Sword and fairy has a small part where SFL gaurd was trapped inside the painting for years.

True I don't know how many dramas I dropped because of SEs.

Will check fake it till you make it. Tried love of vivirna failed. Once I sense the drama is a SE I drop it along the way. Can't stand SE. Will check A journey to love, isn't the one with EW as a FL. Blossom in adversity and the rise of ning always rewatching they are nice. Thank you.

Hallo everyone any new wuxia, xinxia or modern love drama. Not mini dramas at least 30 minutes.

Just finished watching a story of the oiled paper umbrella where it turns that FL has to kill ML for the greater good and ML had to endure the pain for the greater good. So am glad this one is a HE.

Aah another FL and ML kill each other for the greater good. It will be nice for once to watch a drama where ML and FL change destiny and stop killing each other for the greater good.

As an African I thought of slaves that were taken from Africa to Europe and USA. Though it may have been a long time ago I couldn't help think of the agony they went through and what was stolen from Africa. Not only in Africa but also in Asia. How much if this is happening in our everyday lives. It may be just a drama but these things happen everyday. Child trafficking, human trafficking.

I give credit to the crew and actors they did a wonderful job. By the time you hate a Villian you know they have portrayed their characters well.
This and TSOTPG were really good.

In one of the ep he said if things go bad in the song family he will come and take the female lead. There was a time when FL was rushing to ML and he tried to stop her but she refused. Also he once said ML is a lucky guy

I suspect that he wants to bring down Song Mo and then take his wife
