"Every time I mention Wai you just change the topic". From this dialogue it can be inferred how important was…
Thanks for sharing this.
I personally have no issues about Pran having to apologise to Wai.
If the story went differently and Wai did not expose the relationship between Pran and Pat, Was was still lied to and things have been kept from him.
If it was the other way around, that Pran told him the truth from the beginning and Wai still chose to do that dick move, then he has a special place in hell.
You're right about the alphabet, 44 consonant symbols and the sound depends where they are placed in a word.
It's Chinese (Mandarin and Hokkien) that I find hard but I used to have Chinese neighbours in the building where I live, so I was able to pick up bits and pieces here and there. :-)
tonal languages (Thai, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese) can be very intimidating. especially for a beginner, we need to be careful about our syllabic intonation because one word said in a different tone can mean anything. But when you get the hang of it, you'll find it less scary than it seemed at first.
We'll notice that conversationalists in the said languages, native speakers particulalry, can speak in such a pace that tones are not accented anymore (because they don't speak slow) - this is where contextual clues come in.
Thai is a beautiful language. Actually any language is beautiful, but one that I am not familiar with would always be music to my ears.
Just watched the recap of soon vijarn. I am so glad that Ohm brought up the issue on why Pran wasn’t angry with…
I envy you. I can only make out bits and pieces here and there because my Thai is at beginner level. I'd have to set playback at "turtle speed" for my brain to process what was being talked about.
Bad Buddy: 16146 commentsThe Untamed: 16142 commentsWord of Honor: 15295 commentsDidn't ever expect that this…
None of us has expected that Bad Buddy's popularity would reach the stratosphere.
Probably because a lot of us thought "this is yet another university-based BL with the usual tropes".
We also (arguably) have overlooked the thought that this is Nopparnach's project, with Ohm and Nanon who (again, arguably and based only on my perspective) have not had any known rubbish project.
But Bad Buddy shook us all, in a good way. Here we are, celebrating the end of the year yearning for EP10.. and looking forward to the final 3 episodes (with such bittersweet feelings) in 2022.
You'd also notice the look on his face when Pran lied about who called him whilst they were drinking at the bar.…
We don't know what was going on in Wai's head. Especially when he has asked Pran a few times already in the past episodes if there was something going on between him and Pat - which Pran denied.
So when Wai saw Pran getting in Pat's car (EP 08), he got close to confirming what could have been going on. However, he probably did not want to conclude anything yet. So he just went along.
He probably did not bother asking anymore (or confronting) because Pran was probably going to still keep the truth from from anyway.
When they were drinking at the bar, it is likely he saw Pran's caller ID (Just a Friend - Pat's name in his contacts) before Pran walked a bit away to take the call - then lied that it was his mum, hence the suspicious look on Wai's face (knowing something was really fishy).
Still, he made no move to confirm his suspicions by asking Pran himself, because he's very likely not to get any truth from it (obviously because Pran already lied about who called).
The only move he did (WHICH ALL OF US WAS INFURIATED BY) was to expose Pat and Pran's relationship at the theatre. When he went to the theatre for the technical rehearsal. he was probably thinking "if I cannot squeeze the truth out of you about you and Pat, I will find a way. And so he listened to the conversation over the stage mic and exposed PP when he got the answer he was looking for. DICK MOVE 100%.
P'jo isn't there. I'm already grieving. He is Number 1 fanboy of Ohm
He must feel really bad he wan't able to make it. He has been over the moon about Ohm for a long time. I remember the reaction video on EP05 opening, he said "Aww, I lost to Ohm" when Pat made that cute gesture of putting his chin over his cupped hands saying please to Pran at the kitchen counter.
To be fair, the butt on that police officer though... I could think of a million ways not to think about it, but…
Was in Pattaya for a week and a day in Bangkok in 2019. Most of the police officers I have seen are smiliar. Of course, there those who are not. But my God! I almost wanted to escape the company of my aunt and cousin and just stare at them men in uniform. LOL Even the security officer in the place where we stayed at is sexy AF. I feel filthy.
Soonvijarn's reaction video is premiering tonight (most likely without Eng subs yet as it usually comes a couple of days after). And guess who the guest reACTOR is? Mr Pawat Chittsawangdee himself.

So I would best wait till they add the Eng Subs.

Are you ready?
apologising when you've wronged someone you love (in whatever form or manner) is not wrong. it's the decent thing to do. Pran did the right thing.
