I've started watching A Tale of a Thousand Stars and noticed that in EP 1 - 3/4 - 7:00 there is a sign that says…
Aof likes to put references to Thai shows and movies in his show.
BB EP 5 opening (the breakfast counter scene) has the dialogue "Pom mai chai mihya, huna (I am not your wife., chief)" as a reference to Tian's same dialogue in ATOTS.
Looking back at the start of the rugby game scene in EP04, I say Pat is a "big boy". LOL the filth in my mind…
There will always be thirst trap scenes in every BL series. Enough to give a little itch and throw in some filth. I remember so vividly the naked Chief Phupa in ATOTS. Sweet Jeezuz!
The starting scene when they showed sophomore year, how many months did they actually skip? I’m confused.
They probably skipped the second term (2nd semester) of the freshman year.
Anyone correct me if I'm mistaken (as I am not familiar with Thai university activities), Freshy Day or Freshy Week takes place within the first few weeks of opening of classes, followed by a volunteer camp (as observed through other shows).
In effect, Bad Buddy ended EP06 with the volunteer camp then jumped straight to Act 2 (EP 07), sophomore year --- assuming nothing significant happened during the 2nd term of their freshman year.
What confused me though is that first year uni students are mandated to wear dark trousers, a plain white button down, and a dark tie (optional for upper class). But they have been wearing their faculty short sleeve uniform polo throughout . But I just let it pass. As long as it doesn't affect the beautiful story, is fine with me. :-)
I couldn't agree more. And because of Bad Buddy, if we ever find ourselves planning an enjoyable holiday in Thailand,…
I have plans in April but nothing confirmed yet. Need to see what the Covid situation in Q1 2022 yet. And my budget of course. If it doesn't push through, probably later in the year.

Also, even if Pran's mom seems like a b!+ch from hell in last week's episode, I appreciate her being very open and accepting of whoever her son dates (except of course for that one request not being *any of the kids* - which subtly turned her back to being a b!+ch from hell).
Pa is contemplating at the moment, weighing her options whether to buy a replacement for her contact lens or a pack of adult nappies so she wouldn't have to hold her pee in, in case Pat and Pran are busy making out in their room.
I don't want to give you false hope either, finally give us ^^. but looking at Nanon's facial expressions i think…
If the novel ended happily, I'm not sure why Aof would drive it towards the opposite.
The way I see it we could have an open-ended finale - which could give way for a special sequel of few additional episodes. [Which what I hoped they should have done for ATOTS -- should have openly ended at the airport with the assurance that Phupa will wait for Tian's return from the US).
OR We could have a beautiful ending -- not a rushed one. I've seen shows that were shot throughout the COVD restrictions that were rushed they ended in a disaster.
Given Aof's improvement as a director over the years though, we can hopefully expect something good.
Wai is annoying to me in some scenes, but Jimmy really played him very well to be that convincing to me (as an…
What makes me anxious is what's going to happen next after it ends on EP12. I have not looked at the coming shows in January 2022 (GMMTV and other channels) yet. Then again a re-watch marathon wouldn't be so bad until something good airs.

It sounds ambitious but an out of the country special EP would be awesome. Say, a visit to the Province of Verona in Italy and pay homage to Romeo and Juliet. And somewhat appreciate the fact that their love story did not end that way.
