I can accept it as the original novel is sad ending, they did not end up together and both have moved on with…
Then it's a good thing it ended this way, at least novel fan won't be angry with the plot changes. Sort of just adapted 'half way' π€ Still, I'm enjoying the ride. And the fact there's nothing new to watch tomorrow is saddens me more π π
No matter what's the ending, the emotional rollercoaster this drama has put me through is unforgettable.
Still a few eps to go, I don't get it why so many ppl hate BL, the only constant person that annoy me still LGN who never had a good word for BL since beginning π.
People are busy finding the reason of their separation and who is at fault. While I'm busy having emotional fluctuations…
Other than that, I'm enjoying the view - looking at his 'maleness', him without make up, stubbles, and all, even his birth mark can be seen clearly π π€.
Somehow I feel relieved that LXL knew it's time to gave up, let it go for now as reality hit his tender mind.…
Yeah, he left SK because his mom got sick and later left SM. I did read that he gave indemnity to his mom superior - not sure on this but well, just a good kid.
Let's be realistic for once. ML is trying his best to be a good partner to FL. He tried his best even He got humiliated…
Maybe I understood differently. The rich guy was humiliated when the FL rejected his offer because her BF was against her being a model. The accident (losing the camera) might be a coincidence or staged since the 'friend' already left a week earlier so nobody knew the truth. FL somehow knew/felt that she might be the reason ML get caught and that's why she plead with the rich guy to let ML go (dropped the chgs? ) + it's her birthday gift that cause trouble, since he won't she dared to take the responsibility and stand firm rejecting his offer. She believed the ML but if others don't (without concrete evidence) nothing will change anyway. I just think she felt guilty as well.
I'm not annoyed because I knew what is the genre of what I'm watching. In real life, the ML's flaw is rampant…
Somehow I feel relieved that LXL knew it's time to gave up, let it go for now as reality hit his tender mind. Also probably because Hua Biao & Mr. Pei still haunted me for trying too hard in life. And somehow I was reminded of Neo's own beautiful path of leaving and moving on + taking responsibility at young age.
I fell like _ Neo try to overact in this drama ....To make the theme of the drama vibes 90's ..Neo overacts with…
Hemm. This is his 3rd period drama of 90s theme & his 6thπ€ period drama he acted. His attire do looks better compare to Our Times giving his sunny character here.
Still canβt get over Neo in this. He needs to keep his hair this way forever. if he cuts it we riot. itβs…
Unfortunately he cut it π, he kept his long hair for almost a year from end 2021 for shooting Wang Ye and LXL, cut it short around Sep'22. Got another round of long hair for Wang Ye S2 but now, it totally shorter than b4.
After hearing the spoiler for the ending, I got less interesting in the story even tho they full of sweet momentπ
I haven't read the novel nor watched the movie, but how could 2 hours movie storytelling compared to 26 eps. And if I read it right, the novel started with a 39 year old LXL recalling himself at 19 to Bailan...
Just want to highlight that - this is director Lin first online drama work. He's an award winner from directing movies. We got to see beautiful & different style of camera language here & there. I do love that 'silent film' part so much.
Minghao is criticized for "being emotionless, acting cold/cool and mature" in his dramas and now you are here…
I was referring more to a stable family background. Agree with you on WY characters, but I still feel they have a bit similarities - they were stubborn & unbothered so much about others at the beginning until life events change their views
Still, I'm enjoying the ride.
And the fact there's nothing new to watch tomorrow is saddens me more π π
Enjoying all the trivia/bts.
