Most series are based on younger men older women because it's still considered bad to marry older women in a lot of places so media portrays it nd younger woman nd older man has always been there for centuries nd is considered most times normal so it's not portrayed in media that often

I didn't really like love and fortune that much the fl there I just couldn't but yes Chugakusei is my top second in forbidden love probably, first is secret love affair. I recently watched lessons in love which is also similar to Chugakusei nikei nd majo no jouken they all are similar tbh secret love affair creates itself as a separate sub genre within older women nd younger men tag in my opinion we can't compare the three similar types I mentioned with this one I believe so

Majo no jouken is really different it cannot compare to this although I love the song by Hikaru Utada first love from it majo no jouken is not a realistic series it's good for its time but the decision fl nd ml took there were without thinking of the consequences nd in that one fl wasn't married she was in a relationship . This one is very different, just be patient with the series nd it's pacing, we can say Chugakusei nikei nd majo no jouken are kinda similar but in my opinion Chugakusei triumphs majo no jouken in many ways

It's more than that read my review brother I never write reviews but I did for only this one the title is called the secret love affair you know why? Because she's in a way married but with the guy she married its like just they are roommates living it's marriage on paper only nd the fl is ambitious nd more but still she feels like what have she been doing like she reached a realization after meeting ml, it's not your usual romantic story brother and I am not a supporter of falling in love with some other person while being married to someone but it's different here she's basically married to show the society. their marriage has no meaning its just a cover for her nd the other guy

What I like the most about this series is how fl nd ml never stopped caring throughout the series even though fl had to hurt ml sometimes but she never gave in to anyone. How fl felt for ml nd what he became for her she expressed this to the world. This is one of my fav parts of when fl expresses herself to the public. I will tell you all exact words she said-"the world of music which i had given up, I wanted to exert my influence, as if I was born with such rights, as if they were embedded in my genes, something that no one could take away from me. Then one day in my life, very unexpectedly... a progress report of my life was in front of me. Then the value that I had long forgotten asked me a question. How will I live the rest of my life? Honestly it depends on the person nd what mood they are in while trying it this series is not for everyone as I wrote in my above comment from 4 months ago but I really enjoyed it even though the pace is slow in initial episodes than normal it suits the vibes of this series
