Both dramas are about women from the big city moving/returning to a small town. Meet Yourself has a lighter tone, but both focus on family relationships, generation gaps and the challenges these small and remote towns are facing, trying to keep up with a big and modern world.

The aspect of characters having to adjust to living in a sort of parallel world is very similar, and they both have a mostly cute vibe.

Although the setting is different, the dynamics between the master couple are very similar. The boss ML is always criticising the FL but he actually likes her and wants her to be the best version in herself. Both dramas deal with police work, although in different times and circumstances.

Same dynamics between the leads and with a similar shady background for the ML. In both dramas the romance is very quick and the ML is super obsessed, but the FL in Koi to Dangan has more of a personality.

Same boss from hell liking/tormenting his pretty secretary, but with a time loop twist. Secretary Bai Wants to Resign Everyday is a short web drama so it is lighter in tone than Secretary Kim, but the feels are the same.

Same crazy/cute atmosphere with a bit of gay panic, same self awareness and humour and a 80's vibe for the catchy opening song. I'm sure some of the team worked on both dramas or they are copycats, and I mean it as a compliment.

They are very different in tone, but the underlying lessons about growing up and being in the closet are the same, and they both have the same bittersweet but cleansing ending.

Both dramas focus on the challenges faced by smart women in competitive, cutthroat workplaces, and both have a good romance that isn't the main point of the drama.

The dynamics between a senior police officer and his young recruit are very similar, with his reluctance to have her in his unit, and the slow burn romance that follows, without it being the main focus of the show. Also, there is a lot of action in both dramas and the good guys are trying to catch the bad ones.
