i felt the same when i first started this but after quite some time i tried to pick it up again and i liked it to the point that i didn't notice how long each ep was. some may find this a bit boring because unlike dr romantic and other med dramas, this focuses more on the friendship between the 5 of them rather than the medical aspect and the detailed medical terms other dramas would actually elaborate. one thing i disagree about your statement is that it should be shorter because honestly those who actually likes this drama wishes it might be longer than what we already have currently
