As a student I've experienced this first hand especially the clashes between school and academies, the competition between different academies, how they try to lure students and prove that they are best one etc. And im not korean but yeah im asian (india)
I feel bad for the school teacher. He was not happy when he was teaching in school (because he never received any support and respect from his colleagues or students) and now he won't be happy in the academy either. He is going down the wrong path just to feed his ego and pride.
