Im hoping ml got caught intentionally and this is all a part of his plan because if that's not the case then i must say im disappointed in him.

Now that li yiyang knows that ml is not a human and drinks blood why does he still blame him for his sister's death? He should understand now that ml was in no condition to come near her and help her . Had they shown us That flashback before yiyang found out about ml it would have made more sense. The timing of that flashback was definitely wrong.
