Actually it's understandable.
These guys are renowned (LBY and YS) the one is a general who has so many achievements in the army and the other is a scholar who is well recommended by his teacher. So they don't even have to look for a wife, since all the girls come by themselves to the point that it annoys them (this is their everyday's life). At the festival: -CSS resolves a problem given by YS : which impressed him (he expected non one could solve it) -She also, was very gentle and thoughtful towards LY, a guy who is constantly bullied by: both his fiancée and his uncle's family -She appeared so lively in the festival + the impact that she already mad on LBY before, the way she behaved: when she delivered her grand uncle to him with an enigmatic way. may be he was thinking that it's like looking at himself in the mirror.
She impacted them first, and then their feelings for her just grew up
Wang Ling already become better and moved (ep 35, but she was barely in second part of drama), third princess…

I admired her strength, she was different compared to the other ladies who showed obviously jealousy and harmed CSS, but now i am not that surprised 🤧 i've seen a similar character development in " The princess Wei Young" the SFL was kind of victim and bullied first, and then she was revealed as a scheming girl (haven't finished the drama yet btw)
hahah i don't know much about kdrama-land (actors/actresses and dramas) at all since then. yess costumes dramas are just so good, and S+ Only ZLS can make a low budget drama a hit best-seller 🤣🤣
hahahah yesss my first ever drama is Boys over Flowers , and yess the color the sound was sooooo bad, but i've finished in ONE GO, i was addicted ( i saw two other drama of Lee Min Ho after that but couldn't finish them and then dropped kdramas) But the lockdown dragged me into C-dramas this time 😅 , youtube with all his clips and recommendations: and here i am now more into Cdramas
