The fight scenes and the scenery are gorgeous. as expected from the Director of Goodbye My Princess and Rattan. One of my favorite directors 😍😍😍 He loves to shoot on real landscapes and backgrounds, with the less green screen as possible.

🤗🤗 let me tell you something. i love more too: gray ML, in GBMP i didn't manage to hate LiChengYin (the switch , the character development was consistant for me , even when he killed Xiao Feng's family: he was taken aback by his brother's plan to conquer Danchi earlier than expected, furthermore he witnessed how Danchi enslaved his people and so on). I love Commander Tan, Ashile Sun .....
Gray ML is more human , more realistic.
On the other hand, some of us read novel, watch drama, because we want to dream sometimes and, be out of the reality too.
So i am not complaining if there are perfect ML character sometimes , and Yang Yang fits the role well. I am new when it comes to him so his character here is good enough for me
