I was generous enough to gave QOT an 8 because I liked the first 11-12 episodes. The rest are not even worth to be talked about. The best part was ofc the main leads and their chemistry. If it weren't for them I would have dropped this drama long ago. So thank you Haein and Hyunwoo, but it wasn't a good experience ;/

I totally get what you mean! kdramas were not kdrama-ing for me ever since 2521 ended. QOT definitely stopped that cycle and honestly Lovely Runner did that too.
QOT is so much worth the hype ! I wonder how long it will take to have another drama in the same league... (coming from someone who's watching both the leads for the first time)
QOT set the bar so high that I'm having a hard time getting into other ongoing dramas, they're just not good enough... Like what I'm gonna do when this one ends ;<

umm NO, you're the one who's not being real here. No one does youth dramas better than cdramas. They know how to keep it light yet still interesting. They're heartwarming, nostalgic, and brilliantly capture the innocence, silliness, first love, heartbreaks, friendship all at once.
I would say that having large no. of episodes and being draggy is a huge problem of cdramas except for most of the Youth cdramas. Even historical fantasies are too long but they're still better than historical kdramas ofc.
