You have that thing and then speak, usually as I've deal with some of closest people to me who were drug addicts and what more, whenever something goes in your body that causes dizziness or headache , you become intoxicated and your mind goes blank and you can't even do a simple function. In here they have done this a bit overstretched but you saying to stop car because of common sense when their sense is going out of spiral.
