Yes i shouldn't compared both, the flaws you mentioned in revenant are negligible to me because maybe in my mind i m comparing this to Island s1 and s2 , this was the last thriller dram i saw and it left a bad taste after watching season 2 of island 1
But this one is far better than Island according to me that's why I am enjoying i guess

I watched 3, episodes yesterday from 12AM to 3PM i just switched off the lights , and was lying in my bed along with the laptop, it was thrilling experience 😂😂, i got goosebumps
And the rest 3 episodes I watched it today morning
I also remember I was watching Goblin in year 2020, at night 12AM , it was winter season so I was inside the blanket with my mobile phone and that time the scene popped up where the female lead was kidnapped in the car and she was going to be raped by the goons and then at that point of time , Goblin and grim reaper enters the scene with that intense music and divides the car into two parts.
God that was such an intense scene , I got goosebumps, 🥶🥶, I can't forget that scene, and that night, during lockdown i binged watched all famous kdrama in especially in Viki app. At that time all dramas were free.
