It webtoon it is shown that the grandfather brings secretory cha home may be from orphanage I guess when he was a 7-8 years old. Secretary cha has no one to take care of .when he came home as kid kang tae mo was behaving very distant with him, They even went to same school. Secretory cha thought kang tae mo doesn't like him so he avoids him and doesn't talk to him. But one day secretory cha felt ill as a kid and kang tae mo took care of him entire night as big brother. That day secretory cha understood he is not alone and Kang Tae Mo doesn't really hate him. He was relieved that there is someone to take care of him. its fault of drama writers not kang tae mo's because in webtoon he is very intelligent he recognizes Shin ha ri as soon as he sees her in lift with bruise on her eye. The bruise draws his attention to her face but i dont know why in drama they are dragging this. in webtoon he knows the truth in early episodes only but he doesnt tell her that he knows the truth and he sweetly bullies her and also likes her more

After knowing Lee min wo's character development u will hate him. How u all guys can have second lead syndrome on lee min wo. He is coward first he tell Shin ha ri to go on concert with her boyfriend and then he is shocked to know that she went with a man other than a female friend. I am sorry but he doesn't have any right to behave like that. He is openly given her signal that she can date anyone.
where as Kang tae mo is straight forward person.he knows what he wants in life
