Different comments in so many different places that I can't remember where. Seems I started hearing this type of criticism starting about a year or so ago. Sorry wish I could help, but memory is seriously lacking.

The consensus of some Netizens is that Liu Yuning is neither a good actor nor good looking for a leading man. To me, they are either idiots or just lack taste.

Legend of Shen Li is my top favorite.

OMG, Ep 32 is amazing. From the passionate love scene to Manman's father bowing to Wei. They better not kill off either of the main leads! grrrr BTW, so glad to see more of a romantic passionate Liu Yuning. It's about time!! lol And the smiles between him and his lady are so cute to see! 9.5 for me!

I waited for quite a while to see this becuz of Song Wei Long. But the way he's acting of his character is a bit disappointing. I don't know why he takes on these type of roles, I like him better in Modern. He is a good actor when he plays more challenging and serious roles. I did, however, love his martial arts.

I keep dozing off.... bored. I love the ML in other dramas, but this one? Ugh Dropping it.

It's a crap shoot as to where we can find dramas without paying everywhere. The only one I can afford is IQIYI. Glad you were able to find it.

BTW, when they kissed at the end, did I see Arthur Chen's tongue? I watched it over and over and I still see it. lol I hated that there was nothing like his dramatic and sexy scene in L&P, but if he flicked that tongue, that was sooo worth the ending. ha

But is it a different actor or actress like with C-Dramas? BTW, I can certainly see the need for that particular "dubbing". Thanks for the explanation. However, in C-Dramas, it's different people. So there was someone above who explained that it happens due to dialogue of certain dialects. Also someone told me on a different site, that it's also due to the director or producer not liking the actor's voice. Anyway, I now have a clear understanding of dubbing and I thank everyone for that.

Well of course. All animation requires dubbing. But never a movie or TV drama.
