WAIT. If this is true, I might actually explode. The combination of Son Ye Jin, Ji Chang Wook, AND Nana in one drama?? I can’t even BEGIN to imagine the magic they’d create on screen. My heart is racing just thinking about it!! PLEASE make this happen, universe! I’m so ready for this iconic trio. 😍🔥
I think this might be about the comment I made yesterday, so I’m gonna reply.Okay, so you’re allowed to critique…
Critiquing bad writing is one thing, but there’s a clear pattern of how female characters are singled out for criticism in ways that male characters aren’t. When people consistently complain about women being ‘overdramatic’ or ‘annoying’ while excusing similar behavior in male leads, that’s where misogyny comes in. It’s not just about the writing—it’s about the double standards in how people react to it. this selective criticism happens all the time, and it’s getting old.

Look, if you’re just sharing your opinion, that’s fine. But let’s be real—the way female characters consistently face harsher scrutiny than male ones is a pattern, whether you want to admit it or not. It’s not about a ‘simple perspective’—it’s about recognizing those double standards when they show up. If that’s not the case with you, then why get so defensive? Own your stance instead of trying to cover it up.
I am not the one to judge characters quickly, especially two episodes in and I don't want you guys thinking I…

Okay, so you’re allowed to critique the female lead, but when I point out that people only seem to be criticizing female characters, suddenly it’s all about “opinions?” It’s funny how you’re doing exactly what I’m calling out—criticizing the female lead while the male lead gets a free pass. It’s fine to have your opinions, but don’t act like your criticism of the FL isn’t contributing to the same pattern. There’s a double standard here, and it’s frustrating when people hide behind the “opinions” excuse while ignoring that the same rules aren’t being applied to male characters. If we’re all allowed to have opinions, then maybe stop acting so entitled when someone calls out the bias.
It’s interesting how age differences are never an issue when the male lead is older, but suddenly it’s a problem when the female lead is. 🙄🤔 anyway congrats to all the cast the drama is doing numbers with only 3 episodes out.
To all the haters can yall just enjoy the on-screen chemistry and let them act professionally off-screen….. people need to respect the actors private lives. just enjoy the series.
Only 2 episodes and y’all already complaining about female lead 🙄🙄🙄 like character development exists for a reason. It’s odd how people seem to expect the female lead to be perfect all the time. Male leads can stumble, but women have to be flawless.

P.S. Internalized misogyny is real, and it shows.
