So I came here after the lost tomb (the first one) And it's easy to tell that this was done by a completly diffrent team. It doesn't follow the first season. I had to forget what I had just seen before to enjoy this episode. Like, If you only keep in mind, the character names and there 'status' in the story, it becomes better. I like the casting. The MC is still a little too nice to my liking (based on his line of work he really shouldn't be so nice, or trusting. that's begging to get killed or used) But overall, I liked it as a firts episode.
Chen Chen in evil mode is WAYYYY better!!!! I disliked her before, But her evil side is fun and her personilty feels a lot less fake like: "I'm the cute dumb girl" This version is a lot more fun! But once again, it's the last episode and they are just stuffing in the plot. I have SOOOO many questions! They have to stop just trowing information and never finishing the plot. Also.... Wu Xie isn't naive. He's stupid. Like how dumb can you be? You work with stuff that's worth so much money, that people would kill each other for it, and you just trust everyone!?! How dumb can you be? I'm not saying that he's a bad character, (I like him a lot actualy) but by making him trust everyone, it makes him look like he's new at everthing, when he's supposed to have been doing this for a while. I know that he's supposed to look like some sweet guy that wants to see the best in everyone... but no. He just comes over as someone that has a lot of growing up to do. You can't be "naive" when this is your line of work. He should be a lot harder with his decisions and his ways of treating other people. He'd better in a daycare than a tomb. At the end I don't feel satisfied. I'm glad that the next season is there, otherwise I would be sitting with too many questions. Overall, not a bad show, the start had me hyped up. But what is that for an ending?! It's really confusing. As if they still had 30 more eps to go and just had to cut it short. Well it's a 7/10 from me <3
Everything was so good! why is it all going downhill?! I really hope that it ends better. I really wanna watch the next season, but with how this has been going, I might pass. Why are they adding so much plot in the last 2 episodes?! It's so unasked for. like, give me awnseres about the current situation first! I don't care about the nine families! I wanna know who emo boy is, how he knows so much, and where he came from in ep 1. Not about some rich old people bikering. I hope ep 10 does better.
Okay so these people went there, ruin the place, and said "everthing has it's price" ... They also totaly forgot about emo boy down there! They just set fire to the whole ass forest... for what? Ummmm? Like wtf? Don't get me wrong, the scenes look cool. But story wise, hardly anything makes sense. I don't really care tho, cuss I'm here to waste time anyway.
I really don't care for the flash back. The costumes are pretty so +1 But that's where it ends. GOD I WAS BORED! It felt so out of place. Skimed it in the end cuss I was just way to bored. I didn't come for a period drama about long lost lovers or whatever . Also, Homegirl fell in the worlds most shallow pool and died... okay that's funny.+1. I don't llike how this guy killed all his men to 'posibly' revive his lover (that already has a husband) and also might not want to come back to life)). What is wrong with that guy?!
I should go to sleep but I want to know what's next. The MC feels usefull now. He figures things out a bit. It's nice. And the Mistery around emo boy is interesting.
Ep 1 was a let down. But this is everything! I'm hyped for the rest! The MC felt a bit useless at first (just a pretty face) but he's growing on me. I like the fact that he can think for himself as well.
