actually i do watch first season, half away but I give up until now I can't continue. its not because of cgi etc actually. for me, because some matter is changed (what I mean is for the some fact) i can't accept the changed their made based on novel, the changing of the some fact is not even logical (for me personally ya).

while this season for that fact (a few that bother me before) it's keep intact, as this is live action can't say about reborn. their conversation still talk about like "maybe from another world".

i start watch donghua in 2017 and after that reading the novel, and I read and watch another adaption by this author... soul land aka duoluo dalu is my first donghua that mean lot for me.

at first I'm very excited because i like xz and personally to compare yiran is suit as ts (young version for their visual) while xz visual indeed suit as ts adult. for drama ver s1 i watch a few ep, give up. a few yrs later i try again and already watched more than half but ..i can't. i trying though.

it's just matter of preference 😇

i love this season more because not only cgi is suitable with donghua but the storyline and the cast (not all but most of them very suitable the donghua ver chr). the plot here is I can say 90% same, with some additional scene that is not disrupt the original 👍

i know who it is as i read novel n donghua, do want u spoiler? but you won't be shock. So it's better not to tell... I'm sure u will like the plot twist 😭✨

bruh the cliffhanger at ep 21 even though it's additional scene... I'm so nervous lol

tsk tsk i always crying for the same scene...ep 20 😭😭👍👍 they're doing their best for this adaption, I'm sure their budget is not S+ level

happy ending, grand wedding as tangsan become seagod 😍👍 you should watch the donghua! i still remember when I accidentally watch this donghua a few years ago, I'm become impatient during the arc (starting ep for this season) so i start read a novel n i become addict for this series... including their kids story and another donghua adaption by same writer (highly recs Throne Of Seal as well)!

after i return home in few days i marathon until current ep ✨ it's so good! sadly it's kind of underrated

just return from travelling China... finally i can start watch this! i love this version... as someone who are loved donghua n novel... i do think as of now (only able to catch till ep 3) this one they do tried their best to follow the original and some adjustments that i saw so far is a more logical ✨✨
i heard same ost from donghua so happy!!! ik that same singer have sing a ost for this too right 😍

i think they are slowly to care about him but too slow since for me the pace is slow lol while storyline still interesting 😅

the pace is slow for me but the plot is entertaining, only fight scene I watch with normal 1.0 forgive me I'm used already when always use 1.25 or 1.5 😭 while i know it's bad for my brain to keep consume fast forward video 😓

ML recognize her that's why he is her fans, when they meet again after 5 years FL didn't recognize him, she just have told him that she wished that person (ml) didn't save her bcs she can't dance again since then, when her company force her to be actress...she can't doing well, so many things happen and she is upset, she may said she didn't care but she care. ML didn't tell who he is though. and then they're in romantically way already but isn't official (fl didn't confess yet as she plan to confess too n then they become official), bcs of something happen FL just remember who he is. She didn't do anything, just at first run away a bit (didn't took much time) and she is ready to confess) n say.. i recognize u something, ah i don't remember what she said but it's calm situation n even sweet bcs she is grateful to him to save her so many times (now).

nah during her being actress it already said all her relationship is lasted less 3 month (i think not serious relationship) and ML..love her so ofc never had any gf. they're childhood friend, ml always think about her and when they meet again 5yrs ago he "found her" again n deeply love her.
