20 episodes in and this is a great series!

This drama is solid so far, and it deserves much more than a 7.8 rating. That aside, my heart skipped a beat each and every time Zhuge turns up while Bei Ming is under disguise or in the other room. My poor heart 😆

Wang Xing Yue has a strong screen presence and I really like his acting.

Every reunion is heart wrenching in this drama. The reality for these children and young adults is brutal. A heavy drama but it is delivering.

Finally caught up to episode 8 and it’s a really engaging drama. The story telling is compelling and it’s heart breaking to watch. The cast is great in this drama.

So far, it’s an ok drama. Yang Yang’s visual definitely saves the day because the plot is just so so…. However base on the preview of episode 12 looks like it’s getting more interesting.

Just finished episode 30 and this show is seriously good! Not one boring episode so far and the story is engaging with sweet romances but not over the top. Credit to the screenwriter and the cast making this drama a really great watch.

I love a lot of things about this drama and one of the reasons is the writing for their romance. Holding hands and stealing little kisses whenever they can. That’s exactly how new relationships usually work, but I don’t see it written this way very often in a C-drama. They are acting these scenes so naturally as well, reminding me of those butterflies you feel in a relationship 🥰

I am hoping she is gone in the next two episodes 😩

This quote is relevant to the current world as well. Women is horrible to women in general, then and now. We are our own downfall, a lot of the time!

People in the capital are just a scheming bunch and that Princess Yuanwu is a real piece of work. Looking forward to see how Qin Wan or Yan Chi deal with her. I also hope this drama exceed 10k heat. It’s so deserving!

Goodness, I am glad she is gaining attention even without a formal fans club. I am for sure will be watching in her dramas from now on. She really impresses me with this one!
