I've calmed down now so I can write my thoughts. 9.5/10 for me. Excellent acting, cinematography, and storytelling. We should have known a plot twist was coming, this is BOC! Life isn't always a happy ending. I love all kinds of BL, not just cute fluffy ones. And this was in the late 60's early 70's. Things were very different back then and I fully believe she would had killed him if he ran off with him.
