It's on my Netflix, dubbed in English, but it's an in progress drama. First six episodes are already online with the series to complete sometime in April. I'm in the US.

Mandee just posted from its official insta page that the pilot would be released on March 31, 2004 at 7 pm. That seems pretty specific.

Well that's why I have no interest in watching it. I don't find it entertaining to be bummed out. YMMV.

This seems like a total bummer. How did it get such high ratings on drama list?

I've never been able to figure out VPN but I downloaded Dailymotion on my Apple TV and that has it with English subs and apparently no commercials. I was able to get it on my phone on Dailymotion with subs and commercials but I don't want to watch a 45 minute TV show on my phone.

On YouTube there are no subs in English at least the US version of YouTube. Plus on YouTube each episode is divided into four parts. On Dailymotion it's all in one per episode.

Is it available with English subs anywhere? None on YouTube. Not on US Netflix.

I just checked again searching for just "amidst" and found it. Didn't pop up when I searched for the entire title, but only the first 12 episodes are up. The rest won't be online till the middle of March. I'll stick with Viki.

Not in the US. I'm watching it on Viki. First 15 episodes were pretty good. Right now I'm on episode 19 and it's been like watching paint dry ever since. Hope it improves.

It's a Chinese drama. You have to be prepared for slow. They are a million episodes. I generally skip them but this one was highly rated so I'll slog through.

BL, in Thailand at least, has a political motive, to legalize same-sex unions there. Out of all the Asian countries Thailand is the closest to legalizing same-sex marriage with the exception of Taiwan where it is already legal.

The majority of US states legalized same-sex marriage years ago and the supreme Court made it a federal law in 2015. I am very against what's going on in the US regarding women's reproductive rights but I'm pretty sure the Supreme Court won't touch same-sex marriage.

Zee was in a rom-com with a woman last year. It was called Spice and Spell. I didn't think much of it though. He did not have the same chemistry with a female lead as he does with NuNew and did with Saint in Why R U.

I'm old enough to be Zee's mom and almost NuNew's grandmother. I think they are attractive but I don't look at them as hot. But they were both attractive and I could see why they found each other hot.

I gather that the Jade was supposed to be ugly. They put him in some of the worst clothes I've ever seen, and those glasses. And that's not to say that a dowdy gal or guy can't get a hot partner but I just thought it was kind of odd.

And, FWIW I'm a baby boomer from New York City. The sex drugs and rock and roll era. I think I know more than a little bit about gay couples considering a lot of my friends are gay couples.

It's Asia that's behind the times with most countries struggling to get same-sex partnerships / marriages legally protected. Can't imagine how much that must suck for them.

You can see the sexual chemistry even in that very short clip produced at the end of 2022. I think it has potential compared to After Sundown which in my opinion was a total snoozefest.

Well also if you're going to play relatively explicit sex scenes both characters should be attractive. I don't know what they did to Yim to make him look so unappealing. He didn't look that way in Cutie Pie.

Yim and Tutor played different characters In Middleman's Love and I found Yim's character to be totally unlikable. Couldn't figure out how he got a hot boyfriend.

I'll make sure I don't watch the last 7 minutes. There's been enough sadness in this series.

Well the whole medical side wasn't realistic at all. First of all Dr Prahan had no scar on his chest. Even getting a heart transplant as a child there would still be a scar. And no one lives to almost a hundred years old after getting a heart transplant.

I'll never start any drama until all of the episodes are online. Looks like they've been appearing pretty rapidly so that should be in the next week or two.
