I think SML's father is also alive but he is emperor.. i have finished 30chapters and didn't see any character of SML's family.. He is god of war.. He left the competition of being king earlier( told in the thought of ML's father).. But he is the most deserving but he didn't want to compete with other princes.. Maybe he is just king of any country under the emperor(SML's father).
