Can someone explain me what the green thing on his neck represents
I interpreted it to be a wound from him scratching his neck, which appeared to be a nervous tick in response to him not knowing what to do and repressing his feelings.

I'm not watching this drama. But it could mean a lot of things. It could mean they end up together, that they have a period of time where they are together, someone imagines them together, or there's a scene where they are beside each other shirtless but in a different context than one might assume.
This dramas take years to sub and most of them don't get sub.
There is a community of Thai fansubbers actually. But yea, this particular genre/type of drama doesnt tend to get any attention so subs are a big unknown.
