So true, and guess what if an show contains really popular pairings the ratings are high even if the plots are bad but if an show has an good plot as has underrated actors now all the sudden trolls have a target. And what's worst is many people check out the series's by thier ratings imagine missing on this masterpiece because you saw trolls ratings.

As much as i respect the admins and good users of mydramalist.com may i know why the trolls are increasing? Wydm the rating went from above 8 to below 8? I'm genuinely wondering if people are down voting because they don't like the show or doing it to just rig the ratings. Like bro what?

Yes many scenes feel awkward. Especially whatever that heat scene was. Weird angles and the characters themselves behave mehhh

I think i have a valid explanation for this so the authors of the novel "desire" - Nong jian sisters are literal BILLIONAIRES who signed three year contracts with the desire-4 cast. So of course they can afford top tier cinematography and production meanwhile knot is no where near that level it's more on budget friendly basis. And also the director and the script writter is the same person who handled my stubborn as well i hope this series won't end up as "no plot only ncs" type of series.

Finally someone pointed this one. The series jane aree is fine and sometimes kind of adorable but the novel one was so annoying that I just want to jump out a window reading his part.

Don't tell I'm the only who can't get the episode 1 out of my head and I'm internally dying for episode 2 to drop. Like god this is literal toture.
Jane and jane be making my head spin but I'm not complaining.

Episode 1 was definitely lower than what i initially expected but it's not bad.
- what is with the weird and choppy angles and cuts? The editing feels awkward too
- man the subtitles feel so poorly translated and in some places they disappear entirety. At least you get an idea of what the characters are talking about i guess.
- i feel the fight scenes with oat could've been improved the first one where he saves sangnuea seemed fine but at the very last it's so obvious that punches miss yet the attackers fall down. It feels so unrealistic and awkward.
But i do like everyone's hairstyles and hair colours here.
I hope these issues with improve in the future upcoming episodes

So I've noticed today that on mydramalist don't be too emotional has the tag 'supernatural' as one of its tags. On IQIYI it has 'fantasy' listed as one of the many tags and even of Wikipedia it states 'contains supernatural elements'. But in the official trailer not only the black wings from the pilot were not shown but it definitely gave off a thriller vibe than an supernatural one. So are we getting P'Jane as a demon or what?.
In the novel he isn't a demon but script writers could change that if they wish to as of course everyone wants him to a demon or is this some sort of viewership boosting strategy?

Wanna watch this, apparently everyone's saying don't watch the special episode which i don't wanna either. Asides from this i wanna know how the story goes. I hope it's not traumatic.

True, don't get me wrong i do like university bls but most of them feel too vanilla or generic with a less catchy plot.
After love in the air, don't be too emotional is the only university bl that actually has a plot going one instead of all sunshines and rainbows.
Because university theme itself is supposed to have some sort of maturity which plenty of university bls lack.

I like how the pacing of the episode didn't feel too fast or too slow it was just enough but a lot happened in episode 1. Jane Patrick is definitely a devil in my head due to his manipulative skills. He appears and then disappears he's neither too close with Jane Aree or too distant he just gives enough of his attention to Jane Aree to keep him hooked.

I only read like bits here and there sure he can be dominant sometimes but from whatever i read i don't think he physically hurts him. In some chapter - I'm guessing after chapter 10 or something. They kiss and i guess little jane thought more would happen but he wasn't ready and big Jane says "i don't force anyone". Not just here but big Jane physically never really hurts him i guess but is a master of mind games.
