She is really suspicious but I don't think she is MY's mum. Maybe a relative of her mum or something. This is because if the mum is shown to be obsessed with MY, she would not be patiently plotting things from inside the hospital. Though I am pretty sure she is much more than just a head nurse in the hospital.
