Hi all, since it was mentioned just below, I just want to share yet another possible insight.
Nong Nao is the representation of Pat’s heart (and love for Pran) while the guitar is the representation of Pran’s heart (and love for Pat).
Nong Nao was always by Pat's side, but him leaving it in Pran's room in EP 7 shows that he has fallen for Pran so deep that he entrust him with his heart (the later Kwan-Riam conversation, as Pat mentioned, 'Your face has taken over my heart'). Then Nong Nao is always full time present in Pran's room henceforth, symbolising how Pat's heart has belonged to Pran ever since they were together.
That Nong Nao in the finale was dressed in that 'Friend' shirt which Pran gave to Pat before he went to Singapore signify yet again that although they might be apart, but their hearts were never far from each other.
(In the novel, Nong Nao is known as Nong Hom, which Pran brought with him as he went to the UK for studies (as done by his parents), as a nice parallel to how Pat kept the guitar for Pran for the three years they were separated in the series)
Then, the guitar, as we know, has been kept by Pat all those while, representing how not just Pran has left his love with Pat, although yet unrequited back then, but Pat kept it well, as an early sign that he was reciprocating Pran's feelings. When later on Pran entrusted that guitar to Wai, and Pat found out about it as he was hiding in the room, he was noticeably upset for that very reason, that Pran could entrust his 'heart' to someone else but him.
Just a minor detail, but I am not sure if any of you noticed this.
After the reunion party, we know now that Pat was speaking with Pran on the phone.
Pat: ‘Yes, I’m home’
…
(Pran knocked on the door, Pat opened it)
Pat: ‘I thought you said that you’ll sleep at your house’
That word ‘HOME’ has a different meaning after the finale. It’s their HOME together, the new home that they have worked so hard together to have (it’s implied).
Of course, they still considered their own parental houses as homes too. That was after all where their families are and where their love blossomed over time.
It proves that with the choice they made, it is possible for them to be very happy together while still sharing happiness and being happy with family (and friends), which wouldn’t have happened if they remained on the run.
I have a question that's been on my mind since episode 7.In the episode Pat finds Pran in the library and asks…
It's actually a hint that Pat has actually been spending the nights again in Pran's room. That despite the 'deal' they made which stated that whoever falls in love first loses, but as we all know, they have already lost before they even began. We know that despite their constant teasing on the surface, but underneath, their interactions since EP 6 ending began to become increasingly lovey-dovey.
Nong Nao being in Pran's room means that Pat and Pran has been spending the nights together as unofficial boyfriends (as they were still playing hard to get and not willing to give in to the other yet), which after their relationship became official by end of EP 7, basically Nong Nao would be permanently in Pran's room, which became Pat and Pran's 'love nest' until they graduate.
(Then Nong Nao eventually ended up in their new home, their new love nest, the one we saw in EP 12)
Tinidee Golf Resort is already in my to-visit list too :)Can't wait to see that corridor where Pat and Pran spent…
Yes, you mentioned that Tinidee was fully booked. But since I'm not expecting to fly out of Singapore anytime earlier than mid of this year, or even later this year, I always hope to visit it later :)
Thank you for this! I know I may get a lot of hate for saying this but a part of me kinda wants BB to surpass…
Sorry for the late reply! :)
I also hope for the same thing. Although because of 2gether's massive boost from the pandemic and plenty of fans swooning over BrightWin, in reality is not possible for that.
But Bad Buddy is clear #2 in terms of popularity, and that's great enough!
You know what I find strange? Is how all those people walking near him didn't even realise that they were standing just metres away from this literal BL 'god' :)
(I literally want to trade place with them)
Miss that place a lot! Used to visit many years ago.

I believe it's not ending as (the one I replied to) said, as to Pat and Pran (as of the end of EP 12), it's a new beginning, not an ending. A happy ending doesn't mean that's all for them. That's just the start of their long lifetime of loving each other more together.
Whether we have a special episode/movie/sequel or not, Bad Buddy Series is still to be continued in our hearts, and Pat and Pran will continue to live their love life together (hopefully with full parental consent in the future).
Immortality already reached 40k two days ago 😁. But among series that has aired/are airing, it’s a solid…
Haha yes I am aware of the discussions in the Immortality page. It's a lot of repeated rumours and alleged news going back and forth whether it's banned or not, going to be aired or not and all.
Enjoy the show, no need to rush through them. And rewatch again when you can/have time. It has to be rewatched at least once to gain deeper understanding. You can share your thoughts here as you watch too!
