Yes, I notice the fourth wall too, and that made it all the more real to us viewers with that. Plus, don't forget, the perhaps unintentional (or intentional) audio at the end, which said, 'Is this Nanon or Pran?' :D

One of the part mentioned that Nanon first noticed Ohm when he first joined GMM, which was maybe sometime in 2018.
Ohm meanwhile said that he saw Nanon since he was still in junior high (that would be just before and around the time he filmed Make It Right), a few years before 2018. Nanon has been playing as support character in Hormones 2 and Hormones 3 back then (2014-2015), and he was also in advertisements from even earlier.
This is totally just like Pat and Pran (honestly), and I do get the feel of EP 10's 'You have always had your eyes on me' :D)

It should have a bearing on the entire show. It doesn't make sense for the overall rating not to take into account of the episode ratings (and review ratings for that sense)
50 shades of Ohm. Lol. I've only watched two of his shows. Bad Buddy and He's Coming To Me.
While Make It Right may not be as good as Bad Buddy and He’s Coming To Me, you may want to check on it, to see how amazing Ohm’s acting development has been!
He actually did pretty decent in both seasons of Make It Right, considering he was just 15-16 back then!
