They haven't shown the actual ages yet but it seems she is in her thirties and the ml is preparing for jobs after graduating which means he should be in his early twenties. So maybe age difference is not more than 10 in the drama

Only if you can tolerate her for few more episodes, she gets a lot better in the later episode and her character matures too, in the beginning she is a lot more whiney and childish. The story itself is very interesting and ml has done an amazing job.
