I really hope they don't adapt the same timeframe as novel cuz I don't want them to finally get back together when they are in their 40s, the actors don't even look that old it will be very unconvincing.

Not sure if they will keep it same but in the novel yichen's mother finds out about them, she dies, they break up yi chen gets married to a girl cuz his mother forces him to and lu feng goes back to states, they will meet again but lu feng has come back for revenge a lot happens but they end together

Yeah they had their own unique approach but now they are trying to focus on generic cute fluffy bls more, and the quality is seriously dropping

Oh so I am guessing this time when lu feng goes abroad, yi chen will have to get married cuz their mother, mannn I feel so bad for them

Also its just my opinion but I feel like my personal weatherman duo would have killed this plot, It honestly need tension like theirs

True, I feel like with jbls its either dead fish kisses or full on make out sessions with no one holding them back, there is seriously no middle ground

Well technically the intimate scenes have been pretty much forced 💀
But yeah I get what you mean, chemistry on screen could have been better but for me when I watch the off screen scenes I find the chemistry is pretty strong, maybe because of the acting its not that convincing on screen

Ayden's acting is brilliant but actor playing yichen needs improvement specially in emotional scenes and him acting cute doesn't look natural at all, I cringe all the time. Also the dubbing makes it even worse 🥴

I really thought the same after today's episode, I mean I get lu feng is beyond obsessed to the point it becomes toxic but he is also ready to lose everything for yichen, but sadly yichen cannot gather the courage to rebel against his parents. Its kinda unfair to lu feng, can't blame him completely for his madness and rage in upcoming eps
