Being spoiled by such visuals in this drama, seriously everyone is so pretty! Especially Gen omg! I found it funny how she's supposed to be mean but was so willing to meet Aoey 😂 shes so soft around her already. The escalator scene had me dying, these two idiots lol

Judging from what all is mentioned, the last interaction they had was when they were kids and she gave her lice, yet Gen is letting her stay with her? Aren't they technically strangers lol I had to pause the ep and come back to check who wrote this and yeah I almost forgot this was written by CP lol

I'm really enjoying this first episode and it looks like this drama will have alot of dramatic moments, so I'll mentally prepare myself. I love how soft Gen is for Aoey already, super impatient for the next ep!

CP strikes again with the homophobic (female) parent figure lol and I found it funny how the mom is like oh this fortune teller is good and legit, yet she says no way my daughter isn't going to end up w a woman (like the fortune teller said lol)

Agreed! Or if they wanted to show more of their personal lives, there should've been a good balance. I feel like the whole business plot got lost near the end. They focused on other things and boom in the last ep it came back.

It’s the sad reality of having a small/side GL character in a BL drama. They could care less about the GL, which I don’t fully blame them. I just hate when they’re so harsh about it. Like they get REALLY mean. And also they complain about having to skip 2-3 mins TOTAL per ep of the GL like dude that’s nothing😭 what the other person replied is so true though, the people who watch BLs are straight women and gay guys (and I think there’s more straight women than gay guys).

This is when I NEED the toxic gf/bf to enter😭 that’s how I knew deep down inside we wouldn’t get them being endgame. I know this is a BL but I would like to see Aim end up with a girl (idc who at this point!)

Hey! I just finished the drama and yeah, they don't bring up the cheating husband, wife, or the male friend. So much other shit happens that I guess the writers didn't find it important enough to bring up/resolve lol

Not sure if it's on the casting or not, but I feel like I can't imagine O Geum Hui being the detectives mom. I wish they could've picked someone else. I know it's a SMALL town but not everyone has to be connected, damn. Also I hate that the cheater husband doesn't get exposed?? Like her childhood friend never finds out that his wife and the ex husband had an affair? I just don't think that's fair and the fact that the baby is probably not his either.

This was a pretty good drama and I love how we're getting more women-centric dramas (need more of them tbh). There is a good balance of reality and facing certain issues along with having a lot of good laughs. I enjoyed the first half of the drama more than I did with the second half. The second half focused more about family/other issues/the detective, while the first half focused more on the actual business. I kinda wish they didn't add the whole detective looking for his mom plot. They should've just made him a random detective that decided to move into a small town, idk. There were some unanswered questions too like some stories just got cut off or quickly added into it. Idk if I'd watch it again for fun, but I don't regret giving it a chance! :)

Excited to see more Japanese GL's even though I try to keep my hopes a little low with them! I'm enjoying the eps so far and am curious to see how their new "friendship" goes. I hate that there's only 8 eps :(
