It would be nice bc it has been hinted often, but with SK and most asian countries, I try not to get my hopes up with these kinds of storylines. I'm curious to see how they wrap it up in two eps
It was so weird and funny seeing a guy version of Jiyeon. Honestly, I can see why people are disliking her character and I doubt we will get a queer storyline between Jigoo and Jiyeon. But there is a different tension between the two. I got a few hints within the last two episodes. Jiyeon said she's not into women, yet she was really effected seeing Jigoo texting and smiling on her phone. She said she doesn't let anyone hit her, yet she let Jigoo slap her (yes she fought back but still). She mentioned how masculine Jigoo is and how alot of girls has a crush on her. In season 1, Jigoo would protect her from creepy guys. They just have a different dynamic compared to Sohee. Putting that aside, these three have been glued together for so long. I don't think they've been able to form good and lasting relations with other people for a while now. Jiyeon doesn't get that her way of protecting her friends is toxic, but I know she wants to keep them in her life too. She wouldn't want to lose them. I was annoyed by her actions, but I can't say I hate her.
Also, I'm not vibing with Woo Ju/Mr. Nice paper here. Something is so odd about him and they way he got upset with Jigoo didn't sit well with him. But I hope he is a good guy. They all deserve to be happy.
What are y'alls thoughts regarding Jiyeon and Jigoo's relationship?
Ji Goo has hinted at that her high school days weren't great, likely because of a mix of factors stemming from…
You brought up some really good points! I do remember the incident from season 1 and found it interesting that she found another connection with a student in trouble. I'm curious to see how their relationship turns out.
This season has me more curious about characters and events. There's only two episodes left, so I hope we get another season. They all have some healing to do, which can't be resolved within two episodes. Shows like these are usually not as popular are thrillers these days. People want that high drama, but I enjoy shows like these.
Idk if I'm crazy but has anyone else noticed a pattern with Ji Goo and high school/school in general? I'm sure there's nothing deep to it tho. I am loving this season so far! The first 2-3 eps are hard, but trust me it gets better! Well it has for me. I like that they don't have the repetitive drinking scenes anymore!
Even though it would be nice to see a change, the writer did say that the characters were based off her and her…
I agree, like I can see how it helps them later on but the whole healing cancer was too much. Luckily it's getting better throughout the eps. I was willing to drop this when I first started.
After 5 ep. I find it hard to stick to the show. It just feels directionless rn. The drinking is excessive. Is…
If you have time to spare, I would recommend to continue watching the show and even watching the second season. There's less excessive drinking and a bit more backstory in season 2 and there are a few themes that get brought up in season one!

Hey, they tried lol the closest we'll get to them giving up drinking was at the beginning where they did the whole nature healing lol but i do like that there aren't as many repeated drinking scenes compared to the first season. I felt like they were drinking any chance they got lol
a bit before that I was tweeting about how he would be that person EVERY bride complains about, saying they ruin…
I would've stopped him if it was my wedding like no sir, it hasnt even been a full day of her getting married! Talking about how its such a good day like no shit... it's a wedding! Ofc everyone has good vibes!
As much as I love the girls I wish that they grow out of their drinking habits cause they are addicted and honestly…
Even though it would be nice to see a change, the writer did say that the characters were based off her and her friends and they drunk A LOT. I don't think they'll be getting rid of that theme esp since it is in the title lol
now who the hell proposes while they're AT A WEDDING?! that had me so mad lol the beginning of the episode was nice with cute moments between the two but ofc kirk had to come in.
At first, I felt the same way as most people with how the first season was better and that it would've continued from there but after the first 2 ish episodes, it grows on you. It's nice to see more about the characters and get to know their past too. I love their friendship (and love for alcohol)! lol also... I know our moms work hard for us and aren't always bad but man I can't stand Jigoo's mom
This drama was so wholesome and cute! They truly are a match made in heaven. I really enjoyed all the sweet moments and seeing them bond over food. I was a little afraid they'd skip out on the wlw theme and keep it as a close friendship (which is good too), but I'm glad they dabbled into the lesbian/self identity theme. I hope we can get a season two! I would love to see more of them!!
Oaey & Jaja were gonna play a married couple on the show, but their characters/storyline got cut when the company & actresses couldn't come to an agreement. The actresses wanted to continue being a freelancer
The episodes are nice and the characters are likeable, but I still wish we had oaeyjaja. I know they had to change up a lot of scenes and writing because of the sudden change, but the episodes pacing is very off. I'm not sure if that's just me though. I'm excited to see jealous Sam in the next ep!
Also, I'm not vibing with Woo Ju/Mr. Nice paper here. Something is so odd about him and they way he got upset with Jigoo didn't sit well with him. But I hope he is a good guy. They all deserve to be happy.
