The is already such a nice start to the series. The acting is great and the location is beautiful. I love the vibe between the MLs.

The actor for Danai really plays his character well though. He’s a good villain for the series to make it more interesting.

Wow is this really gonna be 19 episodes? I think this has to be wrong… War of Y is 20 episodes but the story is split between 4 couples. This just makes me feel the story may drag towards the end but we’ll see!

This series was pure fluff. I always look forward to new Japanese BL now lately. Keep them coming!

Dang Khaotung’s character is such a flirt and I’m here for it lol. Great start to the series and the acting so far is 👌🏻 I think this is the start of FirstKhaotung becoming a big pairing for GMMTV because I like their chemistry a lot.

Episode 7 was a great group bonding episode. I love how everyone shared their stories about coming out as gay to their family and friends. I can’t wait for next episode though! I saw one on one dates and hugging in the preview! I have to say I am liking Jongho and Changyu moments, I hope they will go on a date together.

As much as I want more intimacy too it’s exactly that. Korea in general is more reserved when it comes to PDA and skinship. It’s best not to expect any kissing or even hugging on screen lol.

As the episodes went by the more I like Yoon and Ton as a pairing. Their visuals suit each other imo. I would like it if they had a better series together again in the future.

The story and everything is great so far I just wish they would add translations for the text messages and tweets. They can’t expect international audiences to know how to read Thai 🫤

Aside from that Seng can really act and play different roles well. Since Why R U his acting has gotten better and better. His chemistry with Billy is 👌🏻

Mew just posted they just finished filming LILAC. I’m looking forward to this! I think it will mostly be in English since Geonu and Mew are both pretty fluent so that means we won’t need subs so much lol.

YinWar’s chemistry was worth sticking with this series. The story started to fall flat towards the end, but the acting from YinWar made up for it.

I really hope for another project from YinWar in the near future. They aren’t in Rookie Thailand anymore though so who knows when.

Of course… Do I feel JimmySea is on par with like OffGun, EarthMix, OhmNanon? Heck no! But I do think they’re better rookies actors than others I’ve seen and have worked hard for this series imo.

I thought episode 4 was more enjoyable and cute.
I’m liking this series so far. Sea is doing a great job and Jimmy’s acting is not that horrible at all, I’ve seen worse.

I’m really looking forward to this series. Even though I’m not such a fan of the school setting anymore the story seems unique and interesting. This is written by the same author for Miracle of Teddy Bear, which had great story telling, so I have a good feeling about The Eclipse. FirstKhaotung are the same age so I’m glad they’re able to build a more comfortable chemistry with each other.

No need to get upset I totally agree with your point. I want more flirting and quality dates too. It is frustrating that contestants are obsessed with Changmin’s looks, but hopefully things will change when they see Changmin get more serious about someone. At least next episode shows everyone going on a group outing and more socializing amongst each other.

I like the concept of this dating reality series, but if they happen to do another season I hope they change the format a bit. Maybe make it 2 weeks together since I don’t think 8 days is enough to truly develop a relationship. The 30 second phone calls are cute in a way but mostly awkward. You feel sad for those who don’t get phone calls back. I think sending secret messages or something would be better imo.

Changyu and Eunchan I’m really rooting for them, heck I even hope they can go on an outing themselves and get to know and comfort each other. At this point I feel this show is creating close friendships with those in the same lgbtq community. I’m not gonna count on this making real relationships by the time this is over.

I feel you, but Changmin happens to be up to mostly all the contestants beauty standards. They can’t help but like him and want the chance to have a date with him. We viewers can’t choose who likes who as much as we may ship others together.

We just have to be patient, things will probably start to change once they see who Changmin is really interested in. But this isn’t a BL drama where everyone will automatically end up with someone lol.
